We have made a commitment to technology to provide our abstractors with state of the art tools to offer efficient, quality service to our clients. Our title plant is completely computerized and is maintained by on-site professional abstractors who understand title requirements. In an effort to conserve resources and keep costs down, we electronically deliver the finished product and supporting documents whenever possible.

Ruby is the managing member of O'brien County Abstract. She oversees all operations and is committed to putting out a superior product with friendly service and quick turnaround time. She is a proficient and talented abstractor with over 22 years experience in the title industry. You will appreciate her concise, accurate and trustworthy work. Lynn Nickelson
Lynn Nickelson
Lynn comes to O'Brien County Abstract with over 30 years of experience in office work and customer service. She is a graduate of Primghar High School and returned to this area 16 years ago. She is familiar with all the local communities of O'Brien County. Lynn is a great asset to the company doing many duties including various searches, abstracting, marketing and promotion.
